1. Called to Order at 6:30 pm
2. Approved Agenda with addition of Request from Oakshade
Neighborhood Association.
3. Reviewed Projects
      a) Request (resurrected from Jan 4) from Donna Lott for resources
for a new (in process of being formed) 501(c)(4) called
	"Davis Tomorrow."
We approved:	one shell account with 10MB disk allocation
			one simple site
			one forum
			one Mailman List.

      b)	Anne explained that she had unilaterally approved a Mailman List
for the Davis Men's Council (a current project)

      c) We approved a request from Nick Schmalenberger for a
DCN Calendar for BSA Troop 111 and a
	Calendar for Davis Friends Meeting.

      d)	Jan Troost resurrected the Arbors at Oakside project as
the Oakshade Neighborhood Association and we approved:
one shell account with 10MB disk allocation
		one simple site
		one forum
		one Mailman List.

4. Ann Evans showed us her ideas for a project evaluation/feedback
questionnaire and agreed to format it to make it shorter and specifically
relevant for our purposes. Ann will send it to the committee by email.

There was a brief conversation about the RAC's web site and the need for
linking the project application form with a database so that record
keeping is In the DCN area of the web (not in Anne's personal account).
The ideal would be a setup in which a database record was created by each
project application submitted by email. The RAC would need to complete
the record to indicate resources authorized, timelines, and any special
arrangements.
