Members present: Bodenhorn, Chiles, Hance (Chair), Seth, 
Yamagata, and Ex Officio Lowenberg
Members absent: Brattesani,  Evans,
Visitors: Chang, Boone, Kumagai, Charteris

1. Called to Order at 6:30 pm
2. Approved revised Agenda
3. Reviewed Projects
   
    a)   Applicant did not attend so the RAC did not review the 
application
	from Boy Scout Troop 466
	requesting a shell account

    b)   Reviewed the application by the Davis based Mad Cows
	triathlon racing Team presented by Paul Charteris
	and approved an
	Organization Web Calendar

    c)   Reviewed the application from Amnesty International,
	Local Chapter  presented by Norbei Kumagai
	and approved
	1 Simple site,
	2 Mailman Lists,
	An Organization Web Calendar,
	and Web Team help/training

     d)   Reviewed the  application from DHS Symphony Orchestra 
Boosters
	presented by from Sarah Boone
	qnd approved
	1 Simple Site,
	1 Mailman List
	and an Organization Web Calendar

4.   We revisited the criteria for RAC project approval  and approved 
the addition of a qualifying adjective in item ii): "Must be generally 
compatible with Community Networking ideals."

5.   We discussed  pre-approval of a list of 65 organizations 
scheduled to be invited to apply for a DCN Calendar. The list of 65 
was pre-approved and 6 additional groups added.
