Using a private folder in your SimpleSite for efficient record keeping and housekeeping

With a sample template that you can copy and paste into your own SimpleSite.

Create a PRIVATE folder in your SimpleSite where information useful for subsequent volunteers/staff can be handed over efficiently. The folder may include the following arranged on one webpage or organized in sub-folders. Do not include highly confidential info such as passwords though.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

 Keep this record for the information of future volunteers/staff. Save in a private state for internal communications only. 
  • For the password(s), contact the group leader              add name and email address

    Note: Events on SimpleSites are managed via our DCN web calendar (contact msmosaic@dcn.org for questions). In addition to being associated with our own website, one can flag selected events for real time display and editing in the Davis Community Calendar (by checking the box next to "Show on community calendar") and an aggregated calendar if we participate in one (e.g. Davis Multi-school Calendar, Davis School Music and Arts Calendar).
