Parent Volunteers for Events
Below are the Davis
Combined Junior High Orchestras events with the number of parents
needed to help along with the current status. There are at least
60 shifts that need to be filled with parent volunteers.
Please consider signing up for one or more shifts.

Sunday, March 18
Rehearsal at the IPAB: **ALL slots have been filled, thanks
Setup and Intermediate

Saturday, March 24 Music
Festival at the IPAB:
Advanced: 7:45-10:30 (or
possibly 11:00) 2-3 parents needed
Intermediate: 9:45-12:30 (or
possibly 1:00) 2-3 parents needed
Friday, March
30 Jammies at the Mondavi:
Advanced: 4:30-until end of entire
show 3-4 parents needed
**parents will receive a complimentary ticket to watch the
remainder
of the performance with the students in
the designated area. It is
an experience seeing “backstage activities” at a
professional event!
