Our Clinics

CommuniCare Health Centers provides medical and dental care, substance abuse treatment services, and health education and outreach throughout Yolo County at seven community clinic sites and in the community. CommuniCare Health Centers - Davis, Peterson Clinic in Woodland, and Salud Clinic in West Sacramento all provide primary medical and dental services. The Esparto Dental Clinic provides dental care to the residents of the rural northwestern portion of the county. CommuniCare Health Centers - Knights Landing provides primary care services to the residents of rural northern Yolo County. CommuniCare’s Substance Abuse Treatment Program offers services at two clinic sites located in West Sacramento and Woodland.
