REMINDER
- The Third Annual special Davis High School baseball game at Raley Field will be on Friday, March 19, 2010 against Jesuit. The JV game will start at 3 pm and the Varsity game will start at 6:30 pm. The games are free and the gates open at 2pm, however, parking is $8.00. The River Cats concessions will be open to purchase food. Please come out and support the DHS baseball team. Go Blue Devils!
- This is National Counselor’s Week. Please come by and make an appointment, see what counselors have to offer you.

- Are you interested in experiencing new cultures through interaction with students abroad? Then join cultural exchange club, Tuesdays during lunch, in Mr. Williams’ room, P-14.
- Attention: Boys volleyball players! Tryouts are on Wednesday February 10th in the old gym from 6-8pm. If you are interested in trying out you must be there! If you are participating in a winter sport that is still in season and are interested in trying out, you need to contact Ms. Whitmire. Please turn in completed physical forms now if you have them or bring them to tryouts with you. You can’t participate without one.
- Hey bikers! Remember, if the bike racks in front of the school run out of room, you can always go directly north of (behind) the IPAB to the new racks. Conveniently located near N-building classrooms and lockers.
- Are you looking for something to do this summer? How about an international adventure? Rustic Pathways provides travel programs, language immersion, and community service opportunities for high school students. Those who sign up can find themselves working alongside monks in Cambodia, trekking the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, living in Yak tents in India, or traveling down remote waterways in boats in Burma. A representative from Rustic Pathways will be here on Friday, Feb. 12 at lunch in the large conference room to answer questions about their program. Come to the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office for more information.
- Chinese Club will be having a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9. We will be playing Chinese Bingo with super gnarly prizes, man! Be there! New members are always welcome. The Chinese word of the week is: yong gong
