Fundraising Coordinators: Organizes school auction. (Joann Crosta,

NEWSLETTER MAILING COORDINATOR: manages copying and distribution of
monthly newsletter to parents not on listserv and administration (about
90 copies TOTAL) (Cindy Espinoza, 297-5518)
DIRECTORY: one-time commitment at beginning of year. Reviews/modifies
the Directory Information Form for the Back-to-School packet;
coordinates with DJUSD; and manages printing, production and delivery to
students. (Leonor Gonzalez, 750-0384)
HOSPITALITY: organizes monthly staff birthday celebrations, back to
school luncheon for staff, Winter Soup Fest, and continental breakfast
for Career Day Speakers. (Susan Miller, 792-0626)
Carousel Representative: distributes information to and collects
information from teachers regarding carousel fundraising opportunities
at beginning of school year, sends reminders (Susan de Terra, 753-2130)
Battle of the Books Coordinator: 7th grade parent to coordinate this 7th
grade event (Jamie Boston, 757-5430 x 157)
