Ivy Town

Ivy Town North was a newly formed Neighborhood Association, consisting of approximately 80 single family homes. Click here to see the invitation that started it all.

In the summer of 2004, members of the greater Ivy Town area approached the Neighborhood Association and asked to be included.  A brief vote approved the expansion of the Neighborhood Association to include homes within the borders of 8th Street, Menlo Drive, L Street and J Street.  The  Neighborhood Association is now known as Ivy Town Neighborhood Association and is comprised of 250+ single family homes and duplexes.
