After discussing the letters, the Neighborhood Association members decided to pursue parking with DJUSD. We need a Neighborhood Associate member to volunteer to act as the liaison between the Neighborhood and DJUSD. As the liaison, you will correspond with DJUSD on behalf of the Neighborhood, and report back progress at the Neighborhood meetings. You will also submit copies of correspondence to be posted on the website. If interested, please contact Gen Sparks at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Neighborhood Association also decided to pursue the stop sign at Drexel and J Street via the Safety Committee. Volunteers are also needed both to represent the Neighborhood and to speak at the Safety Committee meeting.
