is a Mission Statement?
A mission statement is a written statement of purpose that can be used to
initiate, evaluate, and refine the activities and direction of our Neighborhood
Association. It serves as a road map,
guiding our direction and our interaction with
others.
Currently, we don't have
a Mission Statement, but we'd like to formulate a Mission Statement that represents
our Neighborhood Association. An example of what one might be is listed

- Develop Lines of communication with
the City of Davis and Oliver Wendel Holmes Junior High School
- Develop and foster a sense of
neighborhood community
- Build neighborhood identity

neighborhood
