The Oeste Manor Neighborhood Association was established on July 15, 1999, to protect and promote the best interests of the residents of the Oeste Manor neighborhood. The neighborhood includes the homes between Fifth Street (Russell Boulevard) on the south and Rutgers Drive on the north, bordered by Anderson Road on the west and Oeste Drive and South Campus Way on the east.
