[1st-mile-nm] USDA RUS Grants

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development has
announced its Distance Learning and Telemedicine grant/loan program for
Fiscal Year 2007.

A number of rural NM communities and projects have previously been funded
through this program.   If you, your organization, community or others are
