The NTIA and RUS have today announced separate second round NOFAs:
NTIA information is online:   http://www.ntia.doc.gov/
RUS is expected to post info. shortly.
Deadline for submission is March 15th.
RUS will also have a specifically targeted third round.

Lots to do now.   I think that statewide and regional coordination will be
critically important.
There will be many questions that come up immediately, especially as first round
awards and rejections have not yet been made.
