Last Friday, May 7th, the USDA-RUS BIP announced posting of NOFAs for  
support of three additional broadband funding programs.

Proposals: RUS announces the opening of a window for requests to its  
new Satellite, Rural Library Broadband, and Technical Assistance Grant
