Absolutely in agreement.  If I wanted to participate in, or expose
myself to, hateful and uneducated vitriole, I'd subscribe to a chatline
or check in at You Tube.

Sounds like a sensible suggestion below; and, then we don't have to put
up with any individual's intemperate or ignorant ranting while still
receiving information some folks find helpful.  If it remains a conduit
that someone can use for racist and other offensive remarks, please
remove my name from the list.  There is way too much of that type of
discourse already in this country to be subjected to it in our
workplaces, many of which workplaces are dedicated to being diligent
against such ignorance.
