[1st-mile-nm] Google Fiber coming to Austin, TX

Most of you already know this, but today Google
announced that Google Fiber is going to come to
Austin, Texas, following its first deployment in
the greater Kansas City area.

New Mexico is not a likely candidate for Google's
attention, unless the company wants to set an example
for rural broadband development.  But, without broad
public-private cooperation, rural is a non-starter.
