[1st-mile-nm] New wireless advance

A friend is looking for a person or small team that understands  the math
of signal processing and has experience in wireless communications.

The friend has a new way of looking at FM and AM and has gone a long way
toward reduction to practice. If it works, it vastly expands the
information-carrying capability of existing wireless (cellular, wifi)
spectrum, and also bitrate that can be carried by a single lambda  Pat Sims
has looked at it and has been suitably wowed.

There are some tricky mathematical issues still to be solved, however. If
you think you have the chops to get involved
