[1st-mile-nm] FCC Tribal Mobility Fund

The FCC recently announced the winning bidders in the Tribal Mobility Fund spectrum auctions.

Most were in Alaska, but Navajo Nation areas in AZ, UT and NM were selected, as well as well as Picuris Pueblo,
for which Smith Bagley, Inc. and Commnet Wireless, LLC were winners in NM.
