[1st-mile-nm] USDA Grants Announced

The USDA has announced its latest funding for Rural Broadband and 
Telecommunications Infrastructure.

Albuquerque Public Schools is the only New Mexico grantee, to receive a
$65,000 Public Television Digital Transition Grant to replace analog equipment 
with a low-power digital translator.
