[1st-mile-nm] Montana Supports and Requires Net Neutrality

Wouldn't it be nice if New Mexico would be serious about this ??

If NM is, then it should include Pole Attachment rights for Broadband
providers,
not just CLEC/ILEC/Cable.

It should also apply to co-ops as well
