The head of the Federal Communications Commission told a gathering of<br>
the nation's mayors on Friday that the agency would help expand<br>
"ultra-high-speed" Internet access to all 50 states over the next two<br>
years.   Chairman Julius Genachowski said the FCC's Gigabit City<br>
Challenge will rely on an online clearinghouse to solicit input from<br>
providers, and at least one municipality in each state should have<br>
access to gigabit Internet speeds by 2015.<br>
