<div>Interesting comment Steve on the microwave oven.    Several years ago we had a clamp break inside a microwave.
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">The technician who came to fix it tested it for microwave leakage before and after the fix.   I was standing there as he</div>
<div class="">brought out his testing device.   He first wanted to show me the background emissions from the sun, so he unplugged </div>
<div class="">the oven and turned on the device.   It registered a small reading.    He said ‘follow me’ and walked to the window.  The</div>
<div class="">reading went up.   He explained that the sun, unshielded fusion reactor that it was hurled energy all over the electromagnetic</div>
<div class="">spectrum in every direction.    The oven running added to that reading in the smallest way, but nothing compared to the background</div>
<div class="">radiation that he also claimed was minor.    </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">Hard to get away from that.</div>
