Massachusetts’s<br>11% yearly increase was the smallest of the top 10, while Delaware’s<br>33% jump was the largest. Across the entire country, Missouri saw<br>the largest yearly gain at 37% (to 9.8 Mbps), while <b>New Hampshire<br>and New Mexico saw the smallest increases at 5.4% (to 12.5 Mbps<br>and 7.9 Mbps, respectively).</b> Maryland was the only other state in<br>the country to see a yearly growth rate below 10%, although it came<br>close at 9.9% (to 12.0 Mbps).<div><br>Despite a 2.6% quarterly increase to 7.4 Mbps, Alaska remained the<br>state with the lowest average connection speed in the fourth quarter.<br>Kentucky, <b>New Mexico</b>, and Arkansas round out the bottom four,<br>each with <b>average connections speeds just below 8 Mbps</b>.</div><div><br></div><div><br><div>
