Sinclair Broadcasting is benefiting from government regulation of the
airwaves, which gives Sinclair exclusive use of many frequencies in large
areas of the U.S. markets. Sinclair, in return for this government benefit,
is supposed to act in a way which promotes our system of freedom and
democracy, instead of promoting partisan propaganda.

In the last days of the presidential election, Sinclair Broadcasting forced
its stations in many swing states, including Ohio and Florida, to air an
anti-Kerry propaganda movie, "Stolen Honor." Now it is airing a show called
the "Point" featuring the partisan diatribes of its vice-president, Mr.
Hyman, with no balancing counterpoint.

This is propagandistic use of the public airwaves, unworthy of
constitutional government and free people.

Please dissociate your company from these unfair and undemocratic abuses of
our open political system.

Before the election, Sinclair's stock dropped by more than 10% and then it
promised to not show "Stolen Honor." Sinclair a few days later, and still
before the election, broke this promise. Sinclair has proven itself to be a
dishonest business partner.

Investors and advertisers in Sinclair deserve to be made aware of this
unethical and illegal behavior of Sinclair. The distaste of the American
public for this abuse of power has been made clear once, and will continue
to be made clear. Sincerely, John C. Chendo
