Greetings All,

There will be a Davis Democrat Club meeting this coming Tuesday on February
10 at 7 PM at Betty Weir's home.

I was also asked to pass on this e-mail from Joyce Wilson to the list.

Richard; All candidates for city council should have statements in the
newsletter..we are not NOT supporting only Democrats but also what is
best for Davis...I do not support pro-rapid--over growth in Davis. Davis
can say no to new projects! Many of the DEMOCRATS running for council are
pro-developers and rapid growth..the city has not done any evaluation of
the cost of fire, police, schools, roads, water, wells, garbage, parks, or
other services per population increases... you can pass th.is on to the
board members. The newsletter editor should be an( unpaid )club member
volunteer. Joyce Wilson
