Greetings Davis Democrat Club Members,

This e-mail invitation is from Robing and Stephen Souza to all club members
and interested parties:

Please join State Senator Sheila Kuehl at the home of Stephen and
Robin Souza on Wednesday February 22 at 7 p.m. to find out why Lisa Rea is
the best candidate to unseat Rep. John Doolittle in November 26 for the 4th
Congressional District. Please come meet Lisa and help her win in her fight
against one of Congress' most ultra-conservative members. Suggested
donation is $50 per person with checks written to Rea for Congress. Here
are a few things to know about Lisa:

Of the two candidates running in the Democratic primary in June,
Lisa is the most viable and experienced candidate to challenge John
Doolittle. She is an experienced and centrist, life-long Democrat. Lisa
has worked in the trenches for over 25 years to advance Democratic causes.
She served on the staffs of legislators Bill Lockyer, Lucy Killea and Gary
K. Hart, and was the legislative director for the American Heart
Association. Lisa is a strong supporter of working men and women, women's
rights and the day-to-day needs of women and families. She believes the
government should support the public in being good evnironmental stewards
and taking care of our natural resources. Lisa is the founder of the
Justice & Reconciliation Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to
bringing reconciliation and healing to crime victims and offenders.

We hope you can join us on Wednesday evening to meet and support
Lisa Rea!
