Reminder: Deadline for Requesting Absentee Ballot is May 30 Good news! 
Absentee voting is on the rise! Back in 1962, absentee voting was a mere
2.63 percent, but fast-forward to the 2005 Special Election and absentee
voting accounted for 39.95 percent of the vote -- nearly 3.2 million votes!
If you are not already a Permanent Absentee Voter, and if you haven¹t
already requested an Absentee Ballot for the June 6th Primary Election, you
have until May 30 to do so. You can access the forms and more information on

Remember: The deadline is approaching ­ you must submit your Absentee Ballot
request to your county elections office by Tuesday, May 30 at 5 p.m. Once
you send in your request, you should receive your Absentee Ballot within a
