This is the FINAL agenda.  The estimated length of the meeting is 95 minutes!

Just a note -- all board members that can make this meeting and are in town,
please come to the meeting.  We are going to be short board members and it
is looking like we will not have a quorum for this meeting.

Campus Democrat Officers, PLEASE ATTEND IF POSSIBLE.  You CAN VOTE
ex-officio; just cannot make motions.  

PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT THE BLANCHARD ROOM OF THE DAVIS BRANCH
YOLO COUNTY LIBRARY.  

The meeting starts at 7PM and will end before 9PM.  We must vacate with the
room clean and in order by 9PM, which means adjourning at 8:50PM to be able
to clear tables and chairs and clean the room.  

If you received your DDC board member folder, PLEASE BRING YOUR FOLDER TO
THE MEETING.  

Please note that all Davis Democrat Club members are welcome to attend the
board meeting.  Usually, we have several guests, both members and
non-members, at these meetings.

I.  Introduction (5 minutes)
        i.    Approval of Agenda  
        ii.   Approval of Minutes for past meetings as they are submitted 
              (Minutes for May were distributed -- VOTE.)  
              (Minutes for June are planned to be distributed -- VOTE.) 

II.  Treasurer's Report -- Betty Weir (5 minutes)
        i.   General finances and budget of the club

III.  Future General Meetings (15 minutes)
        i. 4th of July Booth in the Park (Immediate - 1 more meeting before
event)
        ii. DDC participation at the Yolo County Fair Democratic Booth 
                (moderate - 2 more meetings before event)
        iii. Ben and Emily's Ice Cream Social on August 21 
                (moderate - 2 more meetings before event)

IV.   Recruitment of Replacement Board Members (2 minutes)
        i.   No other names submitted or being considered (Bob Bockwinkel
Chair).  

V.    Budget Committee -- Bill Ritter Chair & Carl Schmid (5 minutes)

VI.   Yolo Dems United/Davis Campaign Headquarters (15 minutes)

VII.  Precinct Organization  Randy Millikin, Betty Wier and Carl Schmid(10
minutes)

VIII.  Newsletter (10 minutes)
        i.  Announcements and articles that must go into the newsletter

IX.  Report from Community Outreach and Fundraising Committees (2 minutes) 
            No Chair for this committee.  This committee that was requested by
            the DDC Board in April 2006 will be mothballed.

X.   New and Unfinished Business (5 minutes)
        i.   Unfinished business items from past meetings (none to my
knowledge). 
        ii.  Continued complaints about e-mailing list and policies
        iii. New Business (none to my knowledge)

        i.   Thanks to Rick Gonzales for chairing the food prep of Champagne
Brunch
