[Dhsbb-jazz] Band Booster account statements

[DHS Band Boosters - Jazz Band]

Band Booster account statements were sent by E-mail to the parents of all
band students with valid e-mail addresses on file. A response is required
by January 15, 2007. If you did not receive a statement please call the
Treasurer, Dennis Edgerley at 758-9113 as soon as possible. The trip comes
early this year so don't delay. We must have your response and first
payment by the due date so that reservations can be finalized. The second
and last payment will be due on March 1, 2007 with the total trip cost
estimated at $450. Updated statements will be sent periodically as
additional earnings from fundraisers are credited to student accounts.
