Calling all band parents.  There are still some volunteer spots that need to
be
filled in order to make Coconut Grove a success.  I know you may be thinking
that this event does not happen until the end of February and you have lots
of
time to get involved.  Some things can not wait till January.

I need a coordinator plus 2 other parents for donations. Letters need to go
out
to local businesses in November and December.

3-4 parents to assist with the production of Coconut Hut exotic beverages.

2 parents to coordinate publicity: DJUSD newsletter submission, prepare
short
press releases and schedule photo shoots for Davis Enterprise, and prepare
and
distribute flyers at DHS concerts (December- February)

4 parents to sign-up and schedule Banf student workers: 12-15 hours in early
February/ then tally their shifts afterwards: 2-3 hours in early March.
