[Dhsbb-jazz] Guests and Visitors at Spring Tour 2007

[DHS Band Boosters - Jazz Band]

The DHS Bands Spring Tour 2007 is just a few weeks away. If you and your 
family are  planning to be at Disneyland during this time, we would like to 
know if you are joining us!  Please contact me  with your name and your band 
student's name by March 16th.

We are  accountable for your student on this trip. To insure their safety, 
you and  your student will be required to make arrangements with us if he or 
she is  planning to leave the group with you or another adult during this 
trip.

We are requesting the following:

(1) During  your guest visit with the Band Tour, if you plan to spend time 
with your  student separately from the tour group when you are visiting the 
Disneyland  Resort (Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney), 
please come  by with your student to the DHS Bands chaperone station located 
in front of  the Sleeping Beauty Castle and inform us of your plans. You 
will be required  to show your picture identification to the chaperone. 
There will be a  chaperone on duty at this location during free time in the 
park every  day.

(2) If your  student is planning on leaving the group with you, a relative, 
another adult  family member, or a friend to visit other southern California 
areas or away  from the Disneyland Resort at anytime during this trip, you 
are required to  provide a signed letter addressed to Mr. Lange.  The letter 
must  include the date and time of the student's departure and return from 
the group; name and relationship of the person who will be picking up the 
student, where the person will meet the student to picked-up, and if the 
student is leaving with someone other than a parent, a  statement giving us 
permission to release the student to the  family member or friend.  This 
information will allow us to make appropriate arrangements.   Also the 
person taking the student must show a picture ID to the  chaperone or Mr. 
Lange and that name MUST be the same as in the letter.  We must receive your 
letter by March  16th.  You or your student can  bring this letter to the 
band classroom and deposit it in the box labeled "Spring Tour forms."
