To All Band Families,

This is a request for you to help with the Band Booster Booth on the grass in front of Borders  on Saturday, October 4th while you enjoy a terrific day of amazing musical experiences linked with poetry and art.  

We need parents from the Symphonic Band, the Jazz Band and the Concert Band to serve as ambassadors and hosts in the Band Booth to welcome folks and to promote and sell raffle tickets. The Booth is also where all band students check in for their volunteer jobs of selling raffle tickets, selling water and face painting.  So if you enjoy music, art and people this is the perfect way to have fun connecting with our community.

Please, contact Lisa Yamauchi at lyama87 at sbcglobal.net or myself at desdhunt at comcast.net to let us know the times you plan to be at the Band Booth.  You may not want to leave because this is  simply a perfect way to spend a fall day. It is truly not to be missed.

Band Booster Booth Volunteer Times:
11:30 to 1:00
1:00  to 2:30
2:30  to 4:00
4:00  to 5:30
5:30  to 6:30

Also, absolutely consider contacting Lisa to request your raffle tickets ahead of time.  They are going for $5 for one ticket or $20.00 for five tickets. Friends, neighbors and extended family members will want to be included.  Band parents have really gone all out and the prizes are awesome!!
