Jazz Band Students and Families,
 
As a follow to Mike Choy’s e-mail, I want to be sure everybody is straight on the Jazz Band BBQ.  It is for Jazz Band students (new and old) and their families.  Bring swim suits and towels because there is a pool at the Weir’s home.
 
Date and time:  Sunday, June 6th from 4 to 8:30 pm
Place:  Liz Weir's home, 2739 Belmont Dr.
 
What to bring:
1.      Yourself and your family
2.      Lawn chair
  3.  Swim suit and towel
  4.  If last name begins with A through M, then salad.
       If last name begins with N through Z, then dessert.
5.      $10 per family to help pay for hamburgers, dogs and stuff, or if it is just the student, then $5 will suffice.   
 
For new students, this is an excellent opportunity to meet your soon to be fellow musicians in what is one of the best high school jazz bands in Northern California.  For parents of new students, it is a great chance to find out how you can get involved with the band or if nothing else, to see how great of kids your child will be spending a lot of time with.  
 
Please reply as to how many in your family will be attending.   
 
Also, I am anticipating needing 2 more buffet tables and some additional tables for dining.   Even a card table will do.
