[Dhsbb-jazz] DHS Band Boosters - Meeting this Wednesday - See you there!!

Greetings Everyone!!

I hope everyone has successfully made the transition from summer vacation to the new school year.
Based on what we are seeing, it should be a great one.

The first DHS Band Boosters meeting will be held this Wednesday Sept 16th, 2009, at the DHS band room.
Date: Wed 9/16/09
Time: 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Location: DHS Band Room

For the new parents, if you park in the parking lot between the high school and the Veteran's Memorial, the performing arts building (IPAB) is located at the end near the tennis courts.  To the left of the IPAB is the band room.  You should see a sign-in table there as you arrive.

Please join us for our 1st meeting of the year.  There are many band activities that our high school students will be involved in during the year.
Come get the details of how the year is going to unfold for the Concert, Symphonic & Jazz Bands.

The band officers have been working over the summer on the early activities of the year, and preparing for the many events.
And there is still much to do.

There are fantastic concerts, fundraising events, the Big Spring Band Trip, and more.

Attached are the June Band Booster mtg minutes.  Please look over them, we will vote to approve these during the meeting.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you this Wednesday.
