[Dhsbb-jazz] Canada Band Trip forms due NOW

Hi everyone,
The trip confirmation form and first installment were due last week, Dec.  
10th.  A number of you had indicated you were a YES for the trip on the  
original trip forms sent home this fall, but have not sent this last form and  
installment in.  Another bunch had indicated that you MIGHT GO on the  trip. 
  
 
We are purchasing airline tickets in early January and must have  our final 
trip count at that time.  PLEASE, let us know your intentions for  this 
trip, so we don't leave anyone out.
