[Dhsbb-jazz] Playathon Plan & call for space heaters

Parents,

Here is the plan for the Playathon:  It is proceeding as planned.

1. There is no district supplied heat in the MPR, due to the old heater being broken and the repair plan unclear.
We will use some electric radiant heaters strategically placed around the MPR to take the "edge off" the chill.
But we need some help from you if possible.

Here is a note from Sandra:

After exploring other options, we have decided that the best way to bring warmth to the Playathon is with several radiant heaters set up around the MPR.  If you have one that you would be willing to lend us for the night, please let me know.  We will also need extension cords.

Assuming that we get a sufficient number of heater to help, we will continue as planned.
If for some reason this is not enough, and by the end of the 10:00-11:00 pm concert session everyone is just too cold, we may stop the playathon and put out calls to the parents to come pick up the kids.  This will be done between 11:00 - 11:30 if it is going to happen.

Personally, I think there will be enough excitement, energy and heat to keep everyone going.  But wanted to let you know what the possibilities are.
