Hello Jazz Band Families

There are some last minute items to discuss for the Capitol Jazz  
program this weekend...

1)  Call time for this concert will be 6:00 p.m. in the IPAB.  We will  
go over our our joint presentation with the Cap Jazz members.   
DOWNBEAT  at 6:00.  (Concert starts at 7:00)

2)  We are trying to work out a clinic with the CAP Jazz folks.  If we  
want it before Monterey the only time we see is Wednesday, April 7, at  
7:30p to 9:30p (band room).   Yes, this is during Spring Break but I  
already asked the kids to be available on Wednesday, Thursday and  
Friday (just before we leave) and no one balked at this suggestion.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF APRIL 7 DOES NOT WORK!!!!
