passing this  info along per her request....
 
Hi All,
There were a few errors on the original email  today about carpool details, 
so please regard THIS email as the official email  with the correct info.  
 
(And for those folks who have let me know they are no  longer in band and 
want off this list, I do apologize - I have no way to do that  ,but rest 
assured I have forwarded your requests on to our list serv  person.  Be patient 
and hopefully soon you'll not need to hear any more  trip news!)

DRIVERS  VOLUNTEERS are needed to transport the students and chaperones to  
the  Sacramento Airport on the departure day, Thursday, May  19th and  back 
to the DHS on the return day, Tuesday, May 24th.  Please keep in  mind that 
each person traveling will also have one  carry-on luggage that needs  to 
be transported in your vehicle. This will be a curbside drop-off at the  
airport.  


Please send an e-mail to Luci Schmidl at _lmschmidl at ucdavis.edu_ 
(mip://072037a8/lmschmidl@ucdavis.edu)  by Friday, May 6th (or sooner) with the  
departure and  return time available and the # of passengers that you will be  
able to  transport. The drivers will need to complete the Parent Driver form  
attached....to be collected on the departure day or  before.

OUTBOUND  TRIP– Thursday, May  19th
Students check-in at DHS starting  at 1:30pm –  Carpools Leave for airport 
@ 2:15 pm  (Horizon  Air QX2618)

Students  check-in at DHS starting 3:00pm   -  Carpools Leave for airport @ 
3:45 pm  (Alaska  Air AS363)
