[Dhsbb-jazz] San Diego schedule

Hi All,
In case any of you have friends in San Diego who would like to catch a DHS  
performance, or if you just want to follow what your child is doing minute 
to  minute over the next few days.............here is our itinerary.  Always 
 subject to change as things come up of course!

Thanks for a smooth check in this morning.  Kids were there waiting at  
7:15 and by the time I arrived to check on things 30 min. later it was all 
quiet  with most kids having checked in already.  Way to go!  Thanks to Lynne  
Rummery for organizing this major event of checking everyone in, and to Jody  
Lusebrink for her tireless work on all the tee shirts (which the kids will 
get  on the bus today) - they look AWESOME!  And thanks to all the others 
who  did so much work to put together the activities and venues on this trip.  
 Remember that you may contact me or our home base liaison, Bill Vance (at  
758-2956) at any time during the trip if something comes up  and we will  
make sure that all issues are taken care of.  It's going to be a great  trip!

Thursday 11:30 AM Road Crew to arrive to load  luggage   12:30 PM Load busses    
1:00 PM Depart DHS (depart whenever all is  loaded….may be sooner than 1
