Band Directors,

Here is the info that you will need for the event on Fri March 22nd in Stockton.

Attached Documents: Map of French Quarter, City of Stockton Parking Map

  * I have attached a map that shows available parking. You will find The Bob Hope Theatre on the map (Lower Right Quadrant) at San Joaquin St/Main St. The closest parking lots to the theatre are Lot F or Lot J. Parking is roughly $10 FYI

  * The area for loading charter busses is behind the Bob Hope Theatre on Market St. Please contact me directly (209) 403.3597 if you will be traveling by bus.

  * Car loading Zone, if you have heavy equipment, there will be two bagged meter spaces at Hunter and Main St. Once you unload your gear you can park in available Lots. If you are traveling by car and need access to the load in zone take El Dorado south bound from hwy. 4 exit, turn right onto Parkers Alley, then right on Hunter St. for loading.

  * After your set you will be able to store your instruments in the Staging/Staffing Area. There will be a security guard there to watch over the instruments so you will be able to mingle and listen to the other acts.
  * At 7:30 the outdoor event will start wrapping up and people will start heading in to the theatre for the Wynton Marsalis concert. Band Directors will be given tickets for the members of their band and for themselves. At that point the staging/staffing area will be closed and you will be responsible for your instruments. You have two options, take your instrument in to the theatre or back to your vehicle.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. My cell is 209.403.3597.

Please arrive at no later than 30 minutes before your set time. Hopefully you will be able to get there earlier so you can hear all the groups. Please let me know when your estimated ETA will be so we can know when to expect you.
