[Dhsbb-jazz] Picnic and Pops Concert TOMORROW!!

Hi all,

Here are the final details I announced during class today regarding the concert tomorrow.

Immediately after school: All Percussionists in both bands report to PA3 to load equipment onto the truck and go to Central Park to unload. We must have everything in place by 4:30pm.

5:30pm - All band members report to Central Park. Unless you are a percussionist or have made arrangements directly with Mr. Slabaugh, you are responsible for making sure your sheet music and instrument are at the park. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE,. The concert will begin at 6:00pm.

Concert attire - Black on the bottom, white on top. Gentleman: All white shirts must have a collar. NO T-SHIRTS OR TANK TOPS. Ladies: A simple white blouse or shirt. Again, NO T-SHIRTS, TANK TOPS, SPAGHETTI STRAPS, ETC... Please, no jeans. Look professional and keep it simple.

Please come to the park and enjoy the concert!
