[Dhsbb-jazz] Please complete Band Trip form this week!

Reminder, we need trip forms by this Friday Oct  25th.  
 
We must start paying deposits in November and we need an accurate count of  
how many students are attending the trip in order to secure the correct 
number  of rooms and seats on bus/airplane/boat.  Please let us know your  
intentions regarding the band trip in May. (If you absolutely  don't know yet if 
your student will attend, no worries - there is  a spot on the form to 
indicate that too - we still need to hear from you by  Friday!)   
 
Until we hear from every family with a student enrolled in one of the  DHS 
bands, we will not have an accurate count and we may risk wasting funds for  
reservations we don't need.

the green paper sent home last week.
