[Dhsbb-jazz] proposal for Wednesday: money distribution and last minute details for NY trip

Hi all
Wanted to propose a schedule for Wednesday in the music room.  Angelo had wanted to go over some last minute details, but we don't think there's enough time at 7 pm.  So here's what we're proposing:7 pm: Band chaperones meet in band room to sign for and receive student meal money from Rob.  Band Chaperones then stay for the rest of the evening:7:30 pm: Band Booster meeting: hopefully will be short8 pm: Orchestra chaperones come to sign for and receive student meal money from Rob.  All chaperones, Tom and Angelo, stay for a short trip meeting going over final details.
If this is ok with all of you, I'll send an email to the entire band group (and Helen can send to orchestra).  I have all the chaperones, but I don't think I have a comprehensive list of all the other logistics volunteers and want to make sure I don't forget anyone.
