Subject: 2018 jazz festival schedule and welcome packet

Hello music directors! I am sending this from my home since school at Delta has been cancelled due to poor air quality the last few days. I have attached the schedule in two different formats. The one in color shows not only the performance times and location but also the warm up and clinic times and the other schedule in an easier to read format. Please note we worked very hard to get you all the times you requested so we are hoping this will all work for you! FYI, I had some issues trying to open the files from home so you might have to save them first.

The welcome letter includes rules, performance sheets, instruments provided, directions and other important information. If you can fill out your performance sheets and email me a copy that would be great. Or just email the number of total band members that you are bringing so I can get the correct number of wrist bands placed in your folders.

To make things easier than the previous years you will be signing in at the Music Lab Holt 105 and it is best to park in the  "L" (Locke) parking lots.

Remember all student band members and up to four directors/chaperones will have free entry to see The Ari Hoenig Trio. They performed last year at the college and put on an amazing show, you and your students will love it! We will have additional tickets on sale for $15 at the box office.
