Maquette Kuper will be performing alongside members of the Davis High School
Jazz Band on Thursday, July 15. This show will be helping the group
prepare and raise funds for their upcoming trip to perform at the National
Flute Association Convention in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Anaheim</st1:place></st1:City>
in August. They are the only youth flute choir invited to perform this
year.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

Japanese sister city, Inuyama. The choir performs with piccolo, flute,
alto flute and bass flute, creating a unique and captivating sound. The
July 15th concert will feature both classical and jazz selections, and the
jazz pieces will feature a combo from the Davis High School Jazz Band,
including Neil Heaton, piano; Colin McDaniel (recently highlighted in the
Davis Enterprise), drums; and Andy McCauley, bass. The choir will also
premiere a new work by Lawrence Frank.</span></font><font face=Arial><span
