It's clear that we all owe lots of thanks to the trip committee and
volunteers for all their hard work making what should be a fantastic
experience for the bands possible.

Hi Everyone:

We have our carpools organized.  Thank you very much to the carpool drivers
for volunteering.

Departure:

We will departing from DHS on May 18 from the parking lot near Brunelle
Performance Hall.  Group 1 drivers, chaperones, and students should arrive
at 1:00 pm for a 1:15 pm departure to the airport.  Group 2 drivers,
chaperones, and students should arrive at 4:15 pm for a 4:30 pm departure
to the airport.  Please don't be late

Parents (and students and chaperones) please be sure your student (and
chaperones) know who your driver is and have the driver's phone numbers
written down or entered into your phone.  Call your driver if there is a
problem on the day of departure or return.

Drivers, please bring a page with your name in large type that can be
displayed in the window of your car to help your passengers find your car.
Also bring a copy of the carpool organization forms so you will know who
you are driving and can verify you have everyone you are supposed to have.

Return:

Returning on May 23 from the airport to the parking lot near Brunelle
Performance Hall.  Group 1 drivers, the flight is scheduled to arrive at 9:44
pm at the Alaska Airlines gate. Group 2 drivers, the flight is scheduled to
arrive at 9:15 pm at the Southwest Airlines gate. It may be good to confirm
the arrival time on the evening of May 23.  It would also be good to have
one of your passeners call you when your full carpool is ready to be picked
up.  There is free parking near the entrance of the airport for drivers
awaiting arriving flights.

Doug Moore has double checked the attached carpool forms and believes every
student and chaperone has been assigned to a carpool for both the departure
and return trips.  However, if anyone is missing or you see any problems,
please email him as soon as possible at dtmoore2015 at gmail.com.  Doug will
be at DHS for the departures, and will help out as he can then, but it
would be best to resolve problems sooner rather than the day of departure.
Doug will not be at the airport to meet the return flights.
