Angelo had wanted to go over some last minute details, but we don't think there's enough time at 7 pm. So here's what we're proposing:</div><div id="yiv9499550069yui_3_16_0_1_1528052558781_21457" dir="ltr">7 pm: Band chaperones meet in band room to sign for and receive student meal money from Rob. Band Chaperones then stay for the rest of the evening:</div><div id="yiv9499550069yui_3_16_0_1_1528052558781_21457" dir="ltr">7:30 pm: Band Booster meeting: hopefully will be short</div><div id="yiv9499550069yui_3_16_0_1_1528052558781_21457" dir="ltr">8 pm: Orchestra chaperones come to sign for and receive student meal money from Rob. All chaperones, Tom and Angelo, stay for a short trip meeting going over final details.</div><div id="yiv9499550069yui_3_16_0_1_1528052558781_21457" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yiv9499550069yui_3_16_0_1_1528052558781_21457" dir="ltr">If this is ok with all of you, I'll send an email to the entire band group (and Helen can send to orchestra).
