[E-ioof-members] Hall Board By-Laws

The Noble Grand has directed the by-laws committee to prepare Hall Board by-laws for approval by our lodge.  The Rebekkas' will also do the same since these by-laws must be approved by both lodges.

The first reading will take place at the regular lodge meeting at 7:00 p.m. on November 15, 2006 at Tandem Properties.  Copies of the by-laws will be available for all members.  Amendments will be received by the members at this meeting In addition, a second reading will take place at the December 9, 2006 regular meeting.  Amendments may also be made by the members at this meeting.
