Greetings Fellow Oddfellows,

Our Noble Grand likes trivial questions and has put up a page in the
members only section of the web site. You can fill out the questionaire
on-line and the answers will be sent to Noble Grand Hon. Dave Rosenberg.
Those getting all 10 questions correct will be recognized, as will those
getting 9 correct answers and 8 correct answers. There will be prizes.
The only rule is that people filling out the on-line questionaire may NOT use
a reference source, human, written or Internet - they have to rely on
their own knowledge or guesswork.

You can get into the web site using your first initial and last name. The
password has been set to "love" for most people. You can change your
password once you get into your members only page interface. If you have
any problems what-so-ever, telephone me at 848-8634 at any time of the day.

To visit any commitee area -- go to the members only area -- click on the
committee area -- then click on the committee of interest. The active areas
in the committees area are:  Administration; Degrees and Interviewing;
Good of the Order. (The area Entertainment and Events contains committees
that are inactive.)

Once you get into the members only area -- go to the Executive Committee
committee page. You can see a link to the contest page in the Committee
Chair notes area. This is the most active area of the web site because of
posting by the Noble Grand.

If you visit the Hall Board Committee area, you can find the minutes of
the Hall Board on-line. This should be a regular posting in that area.

More new information on the web site very soon. There is a history
of The Odd Fellows, which is linked from the links page of the Public
Web site area.

There are files that have to do with the rituals and initiations and
initiatory degrees, which can be linked to from the Membership and Initiation
Committee page and posted in the Chair notes area and from the files storage
area of that committees web site area. The most important page is the
Officer Duties and Functions page -- if you are an officer that was elected or
appointed -- you need to learn your duties before the next evening meeting!!!

Take care,

Richard
