[env-trinity] Correction-TAMWG Meeting Starts at 9 am 9/8

Please note that the TAMWG meeting on 9/8 starts at 9 am, not 1 pm as I had previously stated, and it's at the Civil Defense Hall in Weaverville, not the Weaverville Library.
